Hunter took on the role of Dr. Carey Kramer unexpectedly for the 12th Annual Ramblin' Wreck Tournament hosted by the Georgia Institute of Technology. He performed well in that role, helping earn Team Garnet 5th place at Ramblin’ Wreck. Fellow teammate, Kristian Gonzalez, thought “Hunter coming out for that role (as Kramer) and handling an intense cross the way he did was impressive.” Hunter was a co-captain in the Fall 2016 Season and currently competes on Team Garnet.

Hunter, Class of 2018, is an Editing, Writing & Media and a Political Science double major. He has enjoyed competing with FSU Mock Trial because “it helps widen my skill set … it’s quite a mentally stimulating activity and I’m thankful to be a part of it.” Hunter has competed with Florida State University his sophomore and junior year and proudly embodies the unconquered spirit of the Seminole Tribe.

The namesake of the Capital City Invitational Spirit of AMTA trophy, Peter embodies what Collegiate Mock Trial aims to achieve. He was always a joy to be around and could never be found without a smile. Peter competed on the 2013 National Championship team, and the 2016 nationals team.

Peter, who graduated Spring 2016, was a political science and history double major. He enjoyed competing and working with mock trial because it allowed him the opportunity to work with a variety of different people and represent Florida State University. Peter competed with Florida State University all four of his undergraduate years and proudly embodied the unconquered spirit of the Seminole Tribe.
Fives teams in the fall, three teams this spring, two bids out of regionals, one bid out of ORCS all leading up to the Bell Tower National Championship in South Carolina where FSU Mock Trial placed 4th in the Kirkland Ellis division!
